• Cheryll Case: Opening remarks, status of ongoing development of community-led Community Development Action Plan, local history of local organizing for community development, initial estimates on costs to achieve community goals
• Councillor Josh Matlow: Key words on the value of working together to raise funds required to meet community goals for affordable housing, community space, and employment

3:30pm:

• Dina Graser: Outcomes and learnings from the implementation of the Hamilton Equitable Transit Oriented Affordable Housing Lab for building a Hamilton Fund - advanced in partnership with the City of Hamilton, CMHC, and various local Hamilton organizations

4:00pm:

• Local Leaders Panel: Interactive discussion on the impact of collaborative implementation & funding. Speakers:
  • Representative from Eglinton Vaughan Community Land Trust. Local collective action movement of over 20 members focus on affordable housing
  • Aaron Charles of Golden Triangle Development. Local who grew up in the neighbourhood and has xx years experience in real estate development.
